Information you choose to provide

The One uses the name, profile choices, photo, quiz answers, generated profiles, and reflections you add so the app can provide its features.

Photos, camera, and microphone

Photo and camera access are used when you choose a profile picture. Microphone access is used when you create a voice reflection. You can decline these permissions and change them in your device settings.

Notifications and tracking permission

Notifications may be used for reminders you enable and important app messages. The tracking permission may be requested so advertising attribution can be measured. Your device settings control both permissions.

AI portraits

When you request a portrait, the profile description shown in the app is sent to an image-generation provider. Your name, photo, recordings, and quiz answers are not included in that prompt.
